We are in love with the culinary civilization of our country, we travel and explore the territory to discover the best producers of gastronomic specialties, trying to find unique and exclusive flavors of the Italian tradition. These products will be selected and proposed in our network Campo Incanto to be enjoyed all around the world

The story

Our story has just began, but pushed by heart, passion and curiosity we have 8000 kilometers between north and south, to be explored and tasted in order to discover small food productions that deserve to know the world thanks to Campo Incanto network

The producers

We personally select companies, some of which are family businesses, that offer high quality food within the Italian gastronomic tradition. All the products are made respecting the environmental resources and and following the nature’s cycles. We have an ethical approach to guarantee the right compensation to the people who work and at the same time a good price for those who will have these products on the table.

The flavors

The Italian territory is probably the richest in the world of gastronomic products that are related to the folk’s tradition and to the wisdom of experienced cooks. The union of ancient flavors is the result of a careful selection of raw materials and of practices in the processing methods: these are rituals handed down with love and attention to the welfare of the consumer. A unique and enviable heritage.

The tradition

The territory

The Italian peninsula is like a huge set dining table. Through regional varieties, from the sea to the mountains through fertile plains rich of fruits and vegetables. Wheat at the bottom of hills, generous fields dense of vineyards and olive groves of high quality, dotted with pastures for cattle that will give valuable meats and strong cheeses. We travel all over the “boot” in search of the best homemade pasta production, oil, wine, preserves, meats and cheeses. We select this quality food with care, offering tasty curiosity that is just waiting to be brought to the table. It takes little to be intrigued by these small businesses.
