 Molino Naldoni was established in 1800: at that time
it was a stone mill, now it’s a modern plant in Marzeno
di Brisighella. It spreads over an area of 10,000 square
meters with a major warehouse for the finished product.
Equipped with a brand new milling facility, capable
of grinding 150 tons of wheat per day, Molino Naldoni
comes with advanced technologies and a laboratory for
continuous monitoring of grains and finished products in
full compliance.
The company applies an internal system of quality
management and food safety certified according to UNI
EN ISO 9001:2008 and UNI EN ISO 22000:2005. While
Le Farine del Passatore (Passatore’s Flours), made of soft
wheat from Romagna, with die traceability, comply with
the UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 standard.
Many generations that have succeded in management
during these 200 years, have not only passed on the
passion and knowledge of milling, enriched from
generation to generation, but the same goals of absolute
quality and service.
Molino Naldoni delivery direct his flours, which thanks to
the latest technology, are kept in clean conditions during
the last phase of transport.
