In the Sicilian lands in August every year there is the
traditional drying of red tomatoes under the warm
Sicilian sunshine.
Accurately selected, flavoured with basil and spices
they are finely minced and conserved into extra virgin
olive oil.
The result is a genuine and tasty product, perfect to
spread on bread and bread croutons but also perfect
to flavour sauces.

Characteristics

Ingredients: sun-dried tomatoes (60%), extra virgin
olive oil, olives (10%), (10%) capers, wine vinegar, basil,
chilli pepper, salt.
