Excellent artichoke cream, produced according to the
typical Sicilian recipe. A peculiarity to taste as aperitif
on bread croutons, with boiled eggs or, simply, to
flavour and enrich sauces.
Great if served with a fresh glass of Sicilian white
wine, like “Grillo”.

Characteristics

Ingredients: artichokes (70%), extra virgin olive oil,
wine vinegar, garlic, parsley, chilli pepper.
