The wild fennel is one of the most typical aromatic
herb of Sicily. The freshness of the product and
the preservation of aromas are guaranteed by an

the collection.
Great on bread croutons, goes well with meats but
also to flavour sauces. Perfect combined with a good
glass of red wine, like Nero d’Avola (young).

Characteristics

Ingredients: wild fennel (60%), extra virgin olive oil,
wine vinegar, pine nuts, red chilli pepper, salt,
salicylic acid.
