STORAGE instructions:
Pasteurized product. Shelf-life: 24 months.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4/5 days.
USE SUGGESTIONS:
To prepare your sauces: add to your ‘soffritto’ (extra virgin olive oil and onion – or garlic, as you prefer – slow cooked in a pan, until golden) the SALSA MADRE and cook for 5 minutes. Drain the pasta cooked ‘al dente’, pour into the saucepan and salt for a minute. Add grated cheese and serve.
