Our jams are made according to the TRADITIONAL METHOD and are therefore produced using only FRESH
FRUIT, which is GROWN ORGANICALLY at our company, and SUGAR, but without thickeners, preservatives
or antioxidants. Since we do not use pulps or semi-finished products, the quality of our jams depends on
the quality of the raw materials, which are free of chemical residues from herbicides and plant protection
products and harvested at the right stage of ripeness! The rigorous use of fresh fruit naturally ripened on
trees, the high concentration of fruit and the low-temperature cooking (boiled to about 55°C) will let you
fully enjoy the real taste of fruit.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
100% “Portici” apricot jam (100g of fresh fruit per 100g of finished jam) with the addition of juniper
flavouring, which gives it a slightly spicy and aromatic flavour. The "Portici" apricot variety is now
considered ancient but is still widely used especially in organic farming and it is also particularly suitable for
processing.
