Information

The “Ceramiche” Special Edition consists of three different types of
extra virgin olive oil which distinguish themselves for their taste. Their
names are inspired by the “Cantico delle Creature” of St. Francis of
Assisi, patron saint of Italy: Sorella Luna (Sister Moon) for the white
bottle, with its delicate taste: Frate Sole (Brother Sun) for the black
bottle with its intense taste and Il Pellegrino (The Pilgrim) for the
brow bottle with its well balanced taste. Each re-usable bottle has a
mechanical cap and is adorned with a “Tau” olive wood cross.
