In this sauce you can find the strong accents of the Arrabbiata, enriched and rounded taste, fruity and intense Cellina di Nardo’s, an excellent variety of black olive.

INGREDIENTS:

Tomato pulp
Whole cherry tomatoes
“Celline” black olives without bone
Parsley
Garlic
Crushed hot pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt

METHOD OF STORAGE:
Pasteurized product. Shelf-life is 24 months for a closed container. Once opened, keep refrigerated for 4 / 5 days.

HOW TO USE :

On pasta: pour it directly on pasta, cooked al dente and drained well, and toss with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Complete with a sprinkling of cheese.
On bruschetta, as an appetizer
On pizza and focaccia, as a topping
With fish in the oven
