Made up of a mixture of flour, seeds and flakes. Contains all-purpose “0” type soft wheat flour, spelt flour, oat flour, corn flour, barley flour, rye flour, reground durum wheat flour, toasted soft wheat bran, sesame seeds (3%), flaxseed (2%), 5 cereal flakes (oats, barley, rice, soft wheat, rye) (3%) natural bran extract in powder with high content of soft wheat fibre, toasted barley malt flour. Use for any sweet or savoury recipe, such as pasta, bread and baked products, biscuits and piadina. For products that need a certain volume, obtain better results by mixing 10 cereal flour with soft wheat that has a high W. Yeast rising times: 8-10 hours.Ideal for: baked products in general
