Our group of young entrepreneurs was created in 2006 thanks to a shared goal: to create
a modern and dynamic enterprise in the food service and catering. It comes the "Hassio Soc.
Coop.", which soon makes us distinguish thanks to the professionalism but above all thanks to the
excellent gastronomic proposals. Our dishes, ambassadors of the Sicilian cuisine, always have
delighted the customers, satisfying even the most demanding palates.
From the desire to make daily a high-level taste experience, here the branded products “I
Sempre Ghiotti”: they are ready-to-eat meals that give the authentic taste of Sicilian specialties, in
all their fragrance and tastiness.
The raw materials, selected to become the main ingredients, have an excellent quality and
the recipes are the originals of the Sicilian tradition. Thanks to the products “I Sempre Ghiotti” the
Sicilian cuisine is suitable for everyone!
Our possible mission!
With "I Sempre Ghiotti" we serve the genuine Sicily, with its smells and authentic flavors.
We make know all real Sicilian products, not only those ones famous around the world now, but
also special dishes of local origin (have you ever heard of Stigliole palermitante? And of Panelle
nissene?).
We have chosen the most traditional recipes of our land; we serve them on your table
with easy preparation solutions, suitable to contemporary life. For all that, we aim to complete
your gustative satisfaction: bit by bit we want to make you plunge in a totally Sicilian flavor.
Another aspect that characterizes us is the desire to look "beyond our horizon". In fact, for some
time, we work to make the Sicilian cuisine "within the world’s reach." So, we experiment with the
use of autochthonous and very high-quality raw materials from all over the planet to combine
them with the typical recipes of the Mediterranean diet.
Often these culinary tests are commissioned by some European market’s players:
appreciating the quality of our work and not having a proper know-how in the field of
transformation of ichthyic products into ready-to-eat meals, we are asked to create tasty
homemade frozen recipes, without additives and preservatives, 100% edible and characterized by
simple preparation. In three words, the products "I Sempre Ghiotti".
